We offer Recovery services to help you know without question that you have a recovery path in the event of a disaster.  Too many times we have witnessed an attempted recovery from a backup tape that is unreadable, too old to be useful, or even just blank. It is a very, very expensive failure.  Don’t put this off!

1. Managed On-Site Backup provides a critical safety net to ensure recovery from data loss or corruption. We monitor the backup process and determine if your nightly backup succeeded, failed or requires a tape to be changed. We can also tell if the backup service has stopped entirely.  For many of our clients, immediate notification of problems that put your data at risk is a real lifesaver.  This service can avoid the all too common situation where the backup tape is being changed each day, but no backup is ever performed.  Periodically, we will perform a test restore from your tapes to verify that you have good backups.

2. Managed Online Backup provides secure off-site storage of your most important data.  Recovery of data is dependent only upon a high-speed Internet connection rather than a server, backup software and a tape restore.  This option works well for smaller businesses as a primary backup and for larger organizations as immediate off-site storage of critical data.

3. Disaster Recovery Planning is highly recommended for all organizations that depend on digital information and access.  Our consultants can rapidly evaluate vulnerabilities and create a working plan to address them.
