Client Update
IPkey.com is in the process of upgrading the support we provide you, the
client. We have listened
to your experiences with IPkey and other support providers and want to
ensure that you receive the best from us.
The foundation of our business is trust. Quite literally, your trust is
what keeps us in business. Recently, I came across an interesting
analysis of the ingredients of trust. These are competence, reliability
and sincerity. Many of you have experienced failures in one of more of
these areas with support providers. It seems to me that large companies
concentrate on reliability, but sacrifice competence and sincerity. When
you call, you do get through to someone (eventually!) but often it goes
downhill from there. Personally, I can deal with an honest
lack of competence, but there is no excuse for a lack of sincerity.
Being a small firm, our weakest area has been
reliability, but we are working hard to improve. As we grow, we want to
ensure that you experience the very best we can offer. To that end, we
have been developing a new support plan. We will be contacting you
soon to personally review the new procedure and listen to your
comments.
