Option:
MMS Network Map Web Access
The Network Map Access option gives you a
secure, personal login to the color-coded
map(s) of your monitored devices and services. Using a standard web browser,
you can view the current status of each device and acknowledge alerts. A
log of recent events as well as detailed statistics of up/down time and
transit times is readily available. Network Map Access is highly
recommended for anyone who wants to see at-a-glance the overall health of
their network and costs only $49.95 per map.

The example Network Map from our live demo
site below shows that:
-
The workstation 'Down
PC' highlighted in red has missed the last 8+ ICMP polls and is considered down.
-
The
Database Server didn't respond to the last poll. It's not
considered down until at least 3 polling cycles have been missed, at which
point it will highlighted in yellow.
-
The Internet Mail Server, the
Albuquerque Servers, the Soho3 firewall and the HPLaserJet have all missed
at least 1 poll since the last acknowledgement. This is indicated by
the highlighting of their names in black.
-
The
Albuquerque Windows 2000 Server is indicating that a monitored
service (DNS) is not responding.
-
The red star on the Soho3
firewall indicates that an SNMP Trap has been received from this device.
